We heard about Hughes Real Estate, from my wife’s cousin that used them to sell their 80-acre farm. Jesse suggested splitting the land into two parcels and selling the farmland and the CRP for hunting separately. This worked out very well for all parties. My sister and I had a conference call with Jesse and he impressed us very much and we gave him the listing. My sister was in real estate for quite some time out east and she liked what he had to say over the phone.

Jesse made suggestions about the sale and told us the market conditions at the time. Jesse worked very hard for us advertising in the local papers and put up a sign on the property. A few weeks later we had an auction and sold the land.

We are very happy with the outcome of the sale. Neither my sister nor I have met Jesse in person, but what he did for us was great. If I were to sell another farm I would for sure go with Jesse.
